Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
